This site relies heavily on google advertising and is reported to have it’s ads inserted into many websites. Even into sites that report about fake usb flash drives! We have replied in an email to you on the subject.

This is a known fraud site confirmed by Kingston , please stay away from it. Report to Kingston and also to your local law authorities.

Post information on the internet about kingstonusbcf.com at any internet site you can find that deals in the topic of usb flash drives or fraud in general.
The FrankenFlash Project has no idea how much money as been made by this site or how many items sold.

The DT150 64GB DataTraveller is a much higher quality fake then the similar counterfeits sold on eBay. It has a higher capacity and it will take buyers longer to discover. You will lose data if you buy this item, once you exceed the real capacity of the nand flash drive chip. We can not say what the size is, as it will prejudice buyer testing.

If Google would prevent this sellers ad inserts it would cut down on his ability to continue frauding and harming others. Getting this site shut down is a difficult international issue and "laws".

Victims can fight back by creating awareness. Use the interent to tell your story and to warn others for the interim until it is possible for the law to shut them down and to address the matter in court.

    Paypal Resolution response:

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a refund.

Please contact Kingston Technologies. They are aware of kingstonusbcf.com.

You need to validate your DT150 64GB counterfeit. See the validation section at this site to find the information for Kingston. Once you have an email response indicating whether or not you have a counterfeit. You should contact Kingston Technologies in your geographical region. Perhaps offer to send them the information you have received from PayPal refusing to consider your case. They may be willing to assist. Kingston is not very happy about counterfeits being sold under their brand name on eBay.

Did you attempt to contact PayPal by telephone? There is a list of numbers at this site. PayPal is heavily automated with email responders and you may have received a standard answer from an emailing template. These templates are not written by human beings, but by computer programmes.

If you follow the steps to validate, get an email reply from Kingston and also contact them and then return to Paypal with all this information and speak to a live person you will probably have more success.

If you still do not get an satisfactory answer and resolution, please contact an Ombudsman in your country for assistence.

Kingston Technologies, I think, needs to know where all the victims of kingstonusbcf.com are. They may contact you in future as they pursue the matter through law to have this site shutdown.

You need to know, victim that sometimes, it is not easy to settle a paypal claim. Another victim, just finished his battle, it was 8 months long and in the end he won. You can see the story at the sosfakeflash site. While most of the advise at that site is geared to eBay victims there is a lot of useful information there on PayPal.
